The Ten Steps® training product expresses a journey of self discovery, that is about understanding;

The Ten Steps® framework represents a route map with key steps to complete enabling learners to benefit from this experience while feeling a sense of achievement.
The Steps 1-5 focus on engaging with personal development, resourcing plans to make changes and acquire new skills, managing health and energy and using support to achieve stickability by addressing fears/attitudes to change.
The Steps 6-10 focus on motivation, commitment ,self awareness, networking and coaching and taking risks to achieve goals by moving outside comfort zones.

- 6 x 1day workshops
- 250 page workbook
- Self study between workshops supported by e-coaching and telephone support
- Peer support from others participating in a team like environment ( Maximum 18 participants)
- Facilitator style led workshops with 2 trained Ten Steps® facilitators
- Designed as gender specific programmes for men and women's groups using the same product.
- Post programme coaching on request for delegates who have specific development needs relating to their use of the product.
