One of the most consistent benefits delegates reported back from evaluation of the 10 Steps® programme is the value placed on peer support in the learning and development environment. The six workshops, spread over 3 months, create an opportunity for participants to build relationships, skilfully challenge others in the group, grow in stature and self confidence, value difference and learn from each other.
Participants work in small groups within the programme and through the sharing for instance of strengths and weaknesses, hopes and fears about addressing change and embarking on new goals, thereby gain new insights about developing their own potential and valuing their diversity.
Networking is encouraged during the delivery of each programme and remains an effective strategy for keeping the development going.
